Refund policy
Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your item. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unused, and with all accompanying tags and packaging intact. Additionally, a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect the items. Should you encounter any defects, damages, or discrepancies such as receiving the incorrect item, we encourage you to promptly notify us. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Regrettably, certain categories of items are ineligible for returns. These include perishable goods like food, flowers, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods including beauty products. Additionally, returns cannot be processed for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Exchanges
For the most expedient resolution in securing the desired item, we recommend initiating a return for the current item in your possession. Upon acceptance of the return, we advise making a separate purchase for the desired item. This streamlined process ensures prompt fulfillment of your preferences.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
In addition to the aforementioned guidelines, if the merchandise is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, you are entitled to exercise your right to cancel or return your order within a 14-day period, irrespective of reason and without providing justification. Similarly, the item must remain in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Furthermore, a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to facilitate the return process.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that the time required for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund may vary.
